Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: June 24, 2026

This policy explains how cancellations, renewals, plan changes and refund requests work for QR Lifecycle paid subscriptions.

Free Plans and Trials

The Starter plan is free under the limits shown in the product. Trials may provide temporary access to paid features and may expire automatically. Unless checkout states otherwise, a trial does not create a paid subscription until you start paid billing.

Paid Subscriptions

Paid plans are subscription services billed through Stripe. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. Prices, included features and plan limits are shown before purchase or inside the dashboard.

Cancellation

You can cancel future renewals through the Stripe billing portal when available, or by contacting hello@qrlifecycle.com. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Your account may keep paid access until the end of the current paid billing period unless the plan is otherwise downgraded or terminated under the Terms.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged, except where required by law or where we approve a refund case by case. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us as soon as possible with the account email, organization name, charge date and a short explanation.

Plan Changes

Plan upgrades, downgrades, credits and prorations may be handled by Stripe and the dashboard based on the billing configuration available at the time. A downgrade may reduce QR code limits, automation, analytics or export access.

Failed Payments and Disputes

If a payment fails, is disputed, or is reversed, we may downgrade, suspend or limit the account after reasonable attempts to resolve the issue. You remain responsible for unpaid amounts and any charges that are not properly reversed or refunded.

Contact

Billing and refund questions can be sent through the contact form on the QR Lifecycle website or by emailing hello@qrlifecycle.com.
